Orders and Payment

• Full payment required before fabrication begins
• We accept Bank transfer ONLY

Delivery and Shipping 

• We ship nationwide across the Philippines 
• Orders are shipped via trusted couriers
• Shipping fee depends on location and size/weight of the item
• Bulky items ( windows and doors ) may require freight or trucking services
• Delivery timeframe : 3- 7 business days depending on location
• For Metro Manila : delivery and installation available
• For Provincial orders: item will be shipped (via courier, installation is  buyer's responsibility unless arranges separately )

Returns and Warranty 

• Products are custom-made, no returns once fabrication has started.
